Through the hands of Jesus, in which He died for us, we can be healed through Him. Like the dead flower petal on the left, we can go through suffering. However, through Jesus, we can be restored and be renewed.
EDU-04. New life in His Grace (김하준 중등부)
I drew this because I want to share how God has acted upon my life. When I was a baby, I had lung problems, and my parents were told I wouldn’t make it. My parents nevertheless continued to put their faith in God and prayed that I would be healed. One of the nurses put post-it notes with Bible verses written on them to help me in my struggle.
I’m grateful for the help given to me by God, as well as other people.

봄이 오면 유아부 어린이들은 교회로 모일 것입니다. 예배로 모이는 유아부 아이들을 꽃들도 반겨 줍니다. 빨리 모이는 예배가 시작되기를 기도합니다.
EDU-10. Lifeline (Matthew Kim 대학부)
I wanted to create a piece that spoke to me for this contest, so I made one that showcased how I personally was able to be restored during the recent hard times that I went through. In this digital illustration, there's a boy with a lifeline attached to his head, and that's what's keeping him charged and alive. The people helping to keep the plug charged in for the boy's lifeline are his parents, with doves on their heads representing God Himself, who's watching over the boy as well. The boy is revitalized with the lifeline plugged in and is crying with joy, as he's now aware he's been saved by the loved ones around him and reminded of God's constant love and care for Him as well.
