I wanted to create a piece that spoke to me for this contest, so I made one that showcased how I personally was able to be restored during the recent hard times that I went through. In this digital illustration, there’s a boy with a lifeline attached to his head, and that’s what’s keeping him charged and alive. The people helping to keep the plug charged in for the boy’s lifeline are his parents, with doves on their heads representing God Himself, who’s watching over the boy as well. The boy is revitalized with the lifeline plugged in and is crying with joy, as he’s now aware he’s been saved by the loved ones around him and reminded of God’s constant love and care for Him as well.
